  1. Moses helped those in need

    • Moses physically talked face to face with God, and received his direction straight from the Supreme Commander of the Universe

  7. Moses refused to take glory not due him

    • Moses knew it was not he who had done these things, and therefore he was not deserving of the credit or praise

    • When work was wanting to be done, Moses rose to the task early

    • When chaos seemingly reigned, Moses stood firm

  11. Moses waited for God to raise him up

    • Though he may have tried to jump the gun in his early life (2:12?), he finally trusted God to raise him up and empower him for the task

    • Moses knew he could not do it all himself, so he selflessly entrusted duties to others

    • Moses looked beyond his present time and helped train the next generation’s leader

    • He knew he did not have all the answers and was open to improve when a lacking area was revealed

  19. Moses brought others to be where he was

    • He brought others to God just as he had gone unto God

    • Moses cared for the people that he wanted not just that they followed but that they did not fear the unknown

  21. Moses made sure things were under control in his absence

    • Moses interceded so that judgment and ill did not befall those in his care

    • Moses would not lead idlers stand when the challenge arise, so he demanded that those who would be on the Lord’s side to take a stand

    • Moses received his orders, and then passed them on to those to whom they were relevant

  27. Moses was honest in finances

    • Moses gave all of the offering back and did not stick any in his back pocket

  28. Moses obeyed commands given to him

    • Moses did not just expect his followers to obey him, but he gave them an example to follow in that he was obedient to God

  29. Moses supervised the work

    • 39:43

    • Moses not only delegated, but made still took the responsibility to make sure that it was done and it was done right

  30. Moses completed his tasks

    • 40:33

    • Moses not only started to do all that God commanded, but he followed through until it was fully complete
